Treating a Bladder Infection

Lately since Friday afternoon I have been having intense and almost crippling pain in my upper abdomen. I also feel very nausous and often times have an acid type of throw-up come into my mouth. I have UTI symptoms (frequent urination with strong urge to go, burning while urinating). Also the lymph nodes in my neck and armpits are tender and swollen. Are these two things related? Is there anything else I should worry about?
