Treating a Bladder Infection

does this sound like a urinary track infection to you?
i have some of the symptoms like lower stomach pain , and lower back pain , can have been peeing a little bit more then usual .
but it doesn’t really burn to pee and i can hold my pee .
do you think it [...]

I went to the doctor, had a urine test and it was concluded that I had a UTI. However, I forgot to mention that the left part of my labia minora [had to look that up lol], but its under the ‘lip’.
Is it OK that I forgot to mention this? He prescribed Phenazopyridine and Cephalexin. [...]
