Treating a Bladder Infection

My Sheltie was taken to the vet today after urinating several times on our belongings and bedding. I did witness blood in her urine and took her ASAP this morning.
Indeed, she has 3 to four bladder stones and a urinary infection. She was given an antibiotic to clear up the infection and "Hill’s PRESCRIPTION DIET [...]

First she had a kidney infection, then diabetes insipidus, and now it’s a bladder infection. I went to the pet store to get her a diaper panty and I have to say they are a rip off–28.50 dollars for a doggie pants. She is being treated with antibiotic and desmopressin(for the diabetes insipidus). [...]

She also had a bladder infection which is still being treated with antibiotics. Does anyone know how long it takes until the dog stops urinating so much? Thank you in advance!!!
