Is this normal if you have a bladder infection?

Im taking some medication my doctor prescribed me for bladder infection am 29 weeks pregnant and they are causing me diarrhea my stomach hurts so bad. This is the second time am taking them the first time i stopped because of the same thing but dint tell my doctor i stopped he said it was normal then they gave em to me again, had this happened to anybody? what did y’all do?
