I would like to know why I have cloudy brown urine?

I had a bladder infection and have finished taking my medication for that and it seems to have cleared up. The other med I just started is anti- inflammatory for severe pain in my upper leg joint. Right where the femur joins the hip. PMS-DICLOFENAC SR 75MG DICLOFENAC SODIUM. I take it twice a day and it does bother my stomach. The only other thing I’m doing different is that I started the nicotine patch yesterday.
Oh sorry question is for me "Meggy" Not for my dog Olive…. I’m a 50 year old woman not a Bull Dog. Lol
