Is it possible to have a period, a home and doctor pregnancy test be negative, and still be pregnant?

November 18th, 2009, I had a strange feeling in my stomach, very painful that it hurt to move or walk. It felt like a bladder infection. I went to the doctor the next day and they did some test, and no urinary tract infection, or pelvic infection, no STD, or pregnancy, not even a gall bladder infection or appendicitus. The pain was excruciating that it hurted to laugh for almost 2 weeks. During that time my stomach remained bloated. I also caught a sinus infection for some weeks. I thought I was pregnant, but I have on my period the following week. I still felt weird, I was gaining then losing weight. My period came in December, but I was getting a little thicker that my jeans are tighter. took a home test and it was negative. Now that it’s January went to the doctor and took a test and it was negative,, I’m 3 days late. and the sinus infection is back, I crave chocolate a lot. I already have a child and I immediately knew i was pregnant then because I was very tired and I missed my period. that was 3 years ago. Now, I’m not sure. My mom told me that when she missed her period, she was already 3 months. So I’m trying to be sure. I have these strange feelings in my stomach like something is pressing against it.

My suggestion is to see a gastroenterologist. There could be something going on with your small intestine that your doc hasn’t figured out. Does not sound like pregnancy to me at all.

No, that does not sound like pregnancy, but it sounds like there may be a problem. If you are having major abdominal pains, ask for a CT scan.
